Portfolio - Intrawest • Trigger Campaign
When customers book into ski and beach resorts, Intrawest sends 'trigger' emails before and after arrival to catch early interest, showing off resort services and then encouraging return visits.
Traditionally this had been a laborious process twice a year, with 12 resorts having to update 24 email campaigns yearly to keep current.
I helped lead the technical/design effort to build an easily updated dynamic template based system and implement it across all resorts. Creative designs for each resort, and roughly 1500 html files and image elements were developed and sent to the Responsys system for compilation.
The resulting trigger campaign greatly empowers and optimizes the process of building these emails in future years at Intrawest. The below images are rough samples of the creative templates.
